H-1B Lottery Results Have Started to Release

H-1B lottery results for the Fiscal Year 2027 are beginning to trickle in, according to several of Manifest's attorneys.

USCIS intends to notify all selected registrants by March 31, 2026. Employers will receive the results through their myUSCIS account.

What this means for H-1B applicants

Manifest immigration attorney Ana Gabriela Urizar says those interested should remain in close contact with their U.S. employer and immigration attorney.

“Applicants who have not received a notification yet should assume they have not been selected yet,” she says. “Given that we may see more selections come in the next few days, I recommend not panicking and remaining in contact with either your employer or company immigration attorney for updates regarding your registration.”

Selected applicants may continue the H-1B application process by having their employer file Form I-129 on their behalf. Those not selected can explore alternative work visa options, such as the O-1.

This is a developing story. We’ll continue to update this article as more information gets released.
